Bozh Studio has designed and built websites and brand systems for companies across Washington State: a custom home builder on Mercer Island, a supply chain software company in Seattle, a building materials supplier in Kent, a bookkeeping firm serving Seattle business owners. The Puget Sound region is one of the two areas where most of our portfolio actually lives.
That matters more than it sounds. We are not learning your industry at your expense. When a Washington contractor tells us the site needs to bring in qualified project inquiries instead of price shoppers, we already know what that page has to do, because we have built it before, here.
Our Work in the Seattle Area
Six of the projects in our portfolio were built for Washington businesses: Absolute Quality Construction, a custom home and ADU builder serving Mercer Island and the greater Seattle area; Emerald City Construction, a Seattle builder whose brand identity we rebuilt around minimalism; Rainier Building Supply, an exterior building materials supplier and custom sheet metal fabricator in Kent; Lucidity, a Seattle supply chain software company; Ready Accounting, a bookkeeping practice built for small business owners; and Chalet Grace, a design-led mountain retreat east of the city.
Half of Our Seattle Work Is in Construction and Building Supply
Three of those six are construction or building supply companies, and that concentration is not an accident. It is a sector with a particular problem: the work is intensely visual, but the buying decision is high-trust and slow. Someone choosing a custom builder is comparing three or four firms over several weeks, and the website is doing most of the persuading in between conversations.
So we build for that. For Absolute Quality Construction we structured the site around clear service pathways, from new home and ADU construction through kitchen and bathroom remodels, with project photography and customer reviews carrying the trust load. Rainier Building Supply sells to contractors, builders and architects rather than homeowners, so the priority there was making an extensive product catalogue genuinely easy to navigate and getting a professional buyer to a quote request without friction.
Custom Branding
A brand is not a logo. It is the reason someone believes you before they have met you, and in the trades that judgement gets made fast.
For Emerald City Construction we rebuilt the identity around minimalism, on the argument that in a category crowded with noisy, badge-covered branding, restraint reads as confidence. We work through brand strategy, mood boards, typography and colour, then hand over a documented system: guidelines you can send to a sign maker, a vehicle wrap shop or a printer without having to explain yourself from scratch each time.
Website Design
Every site we design starts with the same two questions. Who is landing on this page, and what has to be true for them to get in touch? Everything after that is in service of the answer.
In practice that means structure before decoration. A builder needs project galleries that survive being scrolled on a phone from a job site. A software company like Lucidity needs a homepage that explains a genuinely complex product, pooled distribution across supply chains, in the time a visitor is willing to give it. An accounting practice needs to feel calm and precise, because that is what its clients are buying. Same studio, same standards, very different pages.
Web Development
We build on Squarespace, WordPress, Shopify and Webflow, and we pick the platform to suit the business rather than the other way round. A supplier with hundreds of products has different needs from a six-page builder site, and paying for complexity you will never use is its own kind of waste.
The build includes the parts that are easy to skip and expensive to omit: performance, structured data, analytics that answer real questions, and post-launch support when something breaks or the business changes. We would rather hand over a site you can run than one you have to call us about every fortnight.
Working with Seattle from Northern California
We should be straightforward about this: Bozh Studio is not based in Seattle. The studio is in the Sacramento area of Northern California, and every Washington project above was designed, built and launched remotely.
We mention it because you will find plenty of agencies claiming a Seattle address they do not really keep. Ours is a two-hour flight and one time zone away, the work speaks for itself, and the clients listed on this page will tell you whether that arrangement caused them any trouble.
